Over the course of more than 30 years, Mr. Carfora has successfully represented thousand of claimants for Social Security Disability benefits at all stages of appeal. He appears frequently before Administrative Law Judges of the Social Security Office of Adjudication and Review as well as practicing before the Social Security Appeal Council and in the Federal Courts. Mr. Carfora also has an active practice representing injured workers eligible to receive long-term disability benefits through their employers ERISA disability plans or through privately purchased plans.
